Abstract
The present study aims to examine the efficacy of the Planning and Organizing Focused Executive Function Program (POFEFP) on improving executive functions in children with ADHD. Over a 6-week period, 12 total sessions were conducted; two per week, 50 minutes each. When compared to the control group, who did not receive treatment, it was found that, following the intervention, the treatment group¡¯s planning and organizing skills improved significantly. The self-reports, Stroop test and block design of the K-WISC-IV all yielded positive results, especially on planning and organizing. Implications and limitations are discussed.
